Asan - all beaches

Upon the recommendation of local celebrity Lybia Chun, I ventured to a serene beach that was refreshingly uncrowded. Although finding the entrance by car proved to be a bit of a challenge, once I arrived, I discovered that the parking lot was conveniently located for easy access to the beach. For those who prefer to park elsewhere, a pedestrian path is available near the closed zoo. The water was delightfully calm and warm, and while there was little coral to be seen, it made for an ideal swimming spot due to the lack of strong currents and the presence of a lifeguard on duty. Overall, I am grateful for the tip and would like to extend my gratitude with a heartfelt Si Yu'os Ma'åse'!

This destination is simply amazing! You won't need to venture too far from the coastline to witness the vibrant underwater world, indulge in snorkeling, or rent equipment such as a board or kayak. It's a perfect spot for families with young children. However, I must deduct a star due to the occasional loud music and litter left behind by some visitors. It's disheartening to see beer cans scattered here and there on the ocean bed near the shore.

This tranquil beach may not be expansive, but it offers a serene escape with minimal crowds and a handful of fishermen. The shallow waters are a hit with children, who delight in spotting the abundant crabs and fish. However, it's worth noting that litter can be an issue in this otherwise idyllic spot.

This tranquil and serene beach is a true gem. The lack of crowds makes it perfect for capturing stunning photographs. The crystal-clear water is pristine and teeming with vibrant marine life. I am already yearning to return to this idyllic paradise.

This beach is a delightful rocky haven, adorned with sea glass and offering picturesque sunset vistas. However, it may prove to be a bit more challenging for those who wish to snorkel, as there is less coral here than at Gab Gab. Nonetheless, it is a fun and unique spot for beach-goers to explore.

The beach at the base is a stunning sight to behold. Though it may be smaller compared to others, it offers a cozy and intimate atmosphere to enjoy with family and friends. The presence of picnic pavilions and tables makes it a perfect spot for a relaxing lunch or dinner. Moreover, the availability of showers and outdoor sinks adds convenience to the overall experience. The beach is adorned with beautiful trees and a shaded area at the end, making it an ideal spot to take a break from the sun. It is highly recommended to visit during low tide for the best experience.
