The Puglia coastline offers a serene and somewhat secluded beach experience with calm waters. The area is full of coves and sheltered inlets, making it an ideal spot for those who are drawn to the sea. However, don't expect to find fast food vendors vying for your attention. Instead, this is a more tranquil setting that allows you to connect with nature, relax, and perhaps even find a romantic spark.
This cove in Torre Pozzelle is said to be the most captivating of them all, but unfortunately, the weather conditions on the day of my visit hindered me from experiencing the full clarity of the sea. Despite this setback, I would have given it a perfect rating if I had the chance. The spacious parking area is available for a reasonable fee of 3 euros, and although there are no available services, you can still enjoy a leisurely stroll along the coast and discover other hidden coves. Overall, my experience was delightful and I highly recommend a visit to this beautiful beach.
I'm a bit confused. We chose to visit this beach based on recommendations that it was peaceful and secluded, but it's actually quite crowded. It's understandable though, given that it's peak season in Italy. We arrived around 5:30 PM in July, but it's still quite busy. It's a great beach for families with children, but if you're looking for some personal space, I would suggest coming after 6 PM.
