The beach is truly magnificent, although the prices are a bit steep, they are still reasonable. However, it would be ideal to have more shower facilities available.

Spiaggia di Sabaudia

This location is situated right by the ocean and offers a plethora of opportunities to explore the mountain and some ancient ruins, such as Paola's Castle. Visitors can bask in the beauty of the beach and even enjoy a delightful picnic by the lake on the camping grounds. The restrooms are well-maintained and hygienic, and hot water showers are available for a nominal fee of 50 cents. The staff is incredibly warm and hospitable, adding to the overall charm of this place. The beach itself is truly breathtaking and will leave you in awe.

This beach establishment with a kitchen provided a positive experience for us and our two 10-month-old children. They were able to heat up the pasta we brought and then promptly served our order without rushing us, even though we finished lunch well after 3pm. The spacious and well-kept tables were made of resistant materials and were nicely distanced from each other. The service was fast, precise, and punctual. The dishes were simple yet well thought out, offering a fresh and genuine flavor. The prices were honest and in line with the quality of the ingredients. We would recommend this place for a refreshing lunch or dinner by the sea, enjoying the local flavors. The only downside was the lack of a descent for prams and wheelchairs to improve access, although they did have a bell available for disabled individuals to call for assistance from the staff.

The stunning sea of Sperlonga is the ultimate destination for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation. The charming kiosk may not be very large, but it offers everything you need for a perfect day at the beach. From peaceful surroundings to immaculate restrooms, the kiosk has it all. They even offer a variety of food options, including sandwiches, caprese, and ice cream. You can also take advantage of their compressor to inflate your beach gear. To access the kiosk, simply park your car in their tree-lined lot after the la peonia parking area on the left side of the mountain. Then, take a leisurely two-minute stroll down the beach. The price is reasonable for the area, including an umbrella, two sunbeds, and parking for just €23 for the whole day. I highly recommend this beach for an unforgettable experience.
