This beach is possibly the top beach in Martinique, if not the very best.

While snorkeling, you'll be able to spot numerous starfish and fish in the crystal-clear waters. However, shade becomes scarce at the beach come midday.

This beach is really lovely, possibly the top choice on the southwest side of Martinique. It's important to arrive early though, as parking can be an issue if you don't. You might even spot some turtles while you're here, and it's a great spot to spend a day. Although the beach is on the smaller side, it has a cozy feel to it. Plus, there's a small bistro downstairs if you need to grab anything.

The food was passable, but not particularly enjoyable. The burger bun was not the usual brioche and might not suit everyone's palate. On the other hand, the fries were tasty. It would be beneficial if they paid more attention to the ingredients they use. One of the tomatoes was partially green, which is neither appetizing nor healthy. They could have easily removed that portion. Due to the rain, we had to opt for take-out. The service was acceptable, although quite sluggish. The prices were on the higher side. (They offer a vegetarian burger, but no vegan option.)

Today, while snorkeling just 30 meters from shore, a boat nearly ran me over. The skipper was very irresponsible.
