This beach in Montenegro boasts a sandy shoreline, a rare sight in the region. However, the beach experience leaves much to be desired. For families with young children, the shallow waters may be a draw, but the beach is marred by secondhand smoke from nearby smokers, loud boat owners on megaphones, and unsightly litter. The beach is also lined with countless sunbeds, giving it a regimented and crowded feel. If these factors appeal to you, then this is the beach for you.

Utjeha beach

This beach offers a delightful blend of local charm and a wide selection of delicious food and refreshing drinks. It's the perfect place to unwind and indulge in the best of what the area has to offer.

Veliki Pijesak beach

The beach resembled a bustling ant colony with hardly any space left to revel in the serene sea. The multitude of people, beds, and umbrellas occupied every inch of the beach, making relaxation a far-fetched dream. It was disheartening to admit that this beach was one of the most disappointing ones I have ever visited. It felt like a tourist trap, with no charm or tranquility.

Albatros beach

This beautiful hidden beach is perfect for those who prefer to sunbathe in the nude. The area is blessed with plenty of natural shade, but there are also hay parasols available to provide additional protection from the sun. If you're staying at the hotel, you'll be pleased to know that beach loungers are complimentary. However, non-residents will need to pay a small fee of 2.5 Euros. The only downside to this idyllic spot is that the facilities are somewhat neglected, and there are no longer any showers available.

The beach offers a shallow and sandy shoreline, perfect for children to frolic in the waves. However, it is notorious for being one of the most congested and polluted beaches in Ulcinj.
