Yani Island beach

The island is absolutely stunning, like a true paradise. The food served, although basic, is of good quality. Everything on the island is kept simple and basic, but unfortunately, our room lacked both sweet water and electricity. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, possibly the worst mattresses I've ever slept on. Additionally, we felt unwelcome during our stay, as if we were just another group of tourists who would spend their money and never return. This aspect definitely needs improvement, considering how incredible the island is.

Big Dog Island beach

This beach is like a tropical paradise with its powder-soft sandy shoreline, palm trees swaying in the breeze, and the sun shining down on crystal clear turquoise water.

Winfli Sailtrip beach
10 Jaxon Steele

We had an amazing time on the Winfli! Captain Bruno was a fantastic host and a skilled skipper. The boat was comfortable and perfect for a family of four. San Blas is truly a magical destination.

Diablo Island beach

This beach is absolutely enchanting! It's incredibly serene and tranquil, and the water is an unimaginably brilliant shade of blue. Although we didn't spend the night, it's worth noting that there is an opportunity to do so.

Niadub Island beach

I really enjoyed the island, but it's important to keep in mind that it's not connected to the mainland, so things tend to be more expensive there. It's up to you whether you want to make purchases or not. If you want to fully immerse yourself, be prepared to spend more. Also, there is wifi available on the island in case you want to share the amazing experience with your family who are living abroad.

Waily Lodging beach

We stayed in the cabins that had a private bathroom. The check-in process was a bit confusing because none of the staff spoke English, but eventually, we found our way to our cabin. The cabin was more or less what we expected based on the description when we made the booking. The water had a noticeable odor, but considering it's a remote island, it's not surprising. The bed was basic but functional, and the toilet worked most of the time. The meals were decent and pretty much the same every day, but we didn't bring any snacks and never felt hungry. They had cold beer and other drinks available for purchase. If you're planning to drink while you're there, it's a good idea to bring a bottle of liquor and supplement it with beers. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. Just keep in mind that this is a step above camping, so don't expect the locals to be overly accommodating or overly interested in taking care of you. Things can be a bit chaotic and disorganized, but if you can relax and enjoy being disconnected, it's an incredible time.
