Fantastic beach. Good access. Its one from a string of beaches, all with good quality sand, generally little to no currents. The promenade, more than just access, makes for a great walk in the morning, afternoon or evening. Food-wise, there are many restaurants to choose from. Many hidden gems just 200-500m away from the beach. It can be busy in the height of summer and same goes for parking. At first glance the town can seem its just the beaches, but it offers a extraordinary base for so much more. I grew up there and still is one of my prime spots around the world and can't but keep coming back.

Undoubtedly, this beach is a gem in the Algarve region. The combination of pristine sand and crystal-clear waters creates a picturesque scene that is nothing short of breathtaking. The surrounding landscape is equally stunning, with lush greenery and rolling hills adding to the overall charm of the area. The beach bar is a standout feature, offering delicious refreshments at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this beach for a truly unforgettable experience.

This charming beach exudes a cozy atmosphere, with the added benefit of being less crowded. Our visit at 4pm allowed us to claim a spacious spot on the sand without any hassle. While the sea requires some caution, it was truly delightful and a pleasure to swim in. Conveniently located, with easy access and a nearby car park, a car is recommended for those not staying in the area. Additionally, surveillance is in place for added security.

The stunning beach stretches for 7 kilometers and is a sight to behold. However, it can get quite busy during peak hours. To fully enjoy the beach experience, I suggest taking a leisurely stroll along the shore in the early morning before 9 am or in the late afternoon after 5.30 pm, especially during the Summer month of August.

This stunning expanse of sandy beach is a true gem. Before you even reach the beach, there is ample parking available just before the walkway leading to the shore. The cost for a two-hour stay is €2.40, which can be easily paid at the machine upon your return. The water here is perfect for swimming, even at the end of August when we visited. The temperature was just right and there was barely any debris on the seafloor. Additionally, the water gradually slopes, so even after swimming out for a few minutes, an adult could still touch the bottom. Compared to other nearby beaches, this one was relatively quiet during our visit. We had ample space to spread out and enjoy the stunning surroundings. While there is a cafe on the premises, we didn't notice any other amenities. We felt completely safe during our visit, as lifeguards were keeping a watchful eye on the beach. We highly recommend visiting this breathtaking beach.
