Praia de Sao Lourenco

This charming beach is perfect for families and is conveniently located on the surf route. While it may not be as dependable as Ribeira to the South, it is still a stunning spot. The beach is well-maintained and features a cafe/bar, as well as easy access to the sand. Restrooms are conveniently located next to the bar, and children will enjoy feeding the nearby ducks. The beach also offers free umbrella grass shades, which are more plentiful and better situated closer to the sea than those found at Ribeira.

What a magnificent location! The beach is absolutely charming, spotless and tranquil with a serene absence of any waves. It was an ideal place for children to relish the low tide.
