Jabula beach

This beach is truly exceptional! The pristine sands and stunning surroundings create a breathtaking atmosphere. The beach is strictly alcohol-free and boasts a low number of visitors, making it one of the most enjoyable and peaceful beaches in KZN. The change rooms and showers are well-maintained and life guards are on duty to ensure safety. It's an ideal location for a refreshing swim or a memorable family vacation.

Alkantstrand beach

The beach is gorgeous and enjoyable, with vigilant lifeguards and a great spot at the lighthouse for tourist photos. Crime is rare, but it can get quite crowded on public and school holidays. Despite this, it's still one of the top beaches around. It would be even better if there were a small restaurant or food court built in a tasteful way by investors.

Tugela beach

We had an amazing time at the resort, and the kids had a blast too! The resort could use some upgrades overall, which we believe would definitely increase the number of visitors. A good first step would be to provide wifi throughout the resort, as currently, the signal is only available outside and barely functional. Additionally, the website is outdated and misleading, as it still mentions the presence of a tuckshop, which no longer exists. Charmaine and her husband, who manage the resort, were absolutely fantastic! They were extremely helpful and friendly, and they kept the kids entertained with fun activities. Our 5-star rating goes to them and the wonderful vacation we had there. Lastly, we would like to suggest a community effort to clean up the storm debris on the beach, which would be a great initiative. We will definitely be visiting again and hope to see some improvements next time!
