Wow....the beach is not well-maintained. There is a well-preserved wasp nest, but it seems to be ignored, resulting in bees constantly entering if the door is left open. Additionally, centipedes tend to appear in the bathroom of the guest room, giving the impression that the room has not been properly cleaned. The barbecue area and outdoor cafe also show signs of neglect.
