Cala Galdana beach

What a disgusting beach. The education of the people who visit it leaves much to be desired. Loud music annoying no matter the rest of the people. Shouting, without control of the children. Smoking throwing the smoke at those of us next door. Very very very crowded. We're leaving.

Cala en Turqueta beach

The beach in Minorca is absolutely stunning. The park is well-maintained and the entrance is limited, making it even more peaceful. The water is a gorgeous turquoise and it's the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

Cala Macarelleta beach

The ideal location near Cala Galdana, a mere 30-40 minute walk away. From there, it's only a short 10 minute journey with a stunning view to get to Cala Macarelleta. There are plenty of people around, yet the ambiance remains cozy and inviting. Unfortunately, it's not the best spot for shade-seekers, as there are no trees to provide respite from the sun. But the sand is silky and the water crystal clear, making it a great place to take in the beauty of the Mediterranean.

This beach near Cala Galdana may be okay, but Mitjana is definitely the one to beat. During high tide, you'd better be prepared to wade your way in.

Talaier beach

The rocky trail and thicket of shrubs seemed to stretch on forever. Not a single amenity in sight. The sand was soft, the waters inviting, but the Mediterranean pines provided a cool respite from the sweltering sun. The only shade to be found was from the jagged rocks.

Bellavista beach

An ideal spot to take it easy and get some sun! The water is unbelievably clear and the sand is incredibly soft. We'd suggest arriving on a scooter or motorcycle, as the car parking is often full. There are no bars here, so make sure to bring your own food and drinks.
