Playa Chica Beach

Playa Chica is a cozy little spot with all the amenities you need and more! From public toilets that may get a bit flooded to a few cafes, you have everything you need for a great beach experience. Plus, the sloping beach and sheltered shoreline make for a gentle entry into the sea - perfect for diving with the numerous companies who use this spot!

Reducto Beach
8 Harrison Thomas

I was taken aback to find that there were fewer than 10 people on such a large beach. The wind was so strong that sand was constantly blowing onto our mat, so we didn't stay long. Maybe it would be better to bring a beach chair next time. There were showers and wheelchair access to the beach, and it was close to the city. Unfortunately, dogs were not allowed.

Playa Blanca
8 Alexis Graham

The beach was spotless and the sand was delightful. For two sun beds, it was just €10.5. The water was quite chilly in late March, but it was brilliantly clear.

Playa Pocillos

A great spot - if you don't mind the winds! Make sure to bring a deflector to keep you comfortable. The water is cold, but the restaurants and bars nearby make up for it. Plus, the side walks are spotless and you can even rent an electric scooter!

Playa del Paso
8 Josefina María Navarro Pérez

The beach near Playa Quemada, officially known as Playa del Pozo, is a great spot to visit. It's easily identifiable by the arrow on the trail and the well that is located there, a name that locals have given it for many years. What's more, this beach is unique for its gray sand and pebbles.

Playa La Casa

This location is a real challenge for hikers - a two and a half hour trek from Playa Quemada. But if you're up for a good walk while on Lanzarote, it's a must-do. The 'Secret Garden' is simply breathtaking.
