This stunning spot is accessible by boat or on foot via Etapa 8 of the GR132 route of the island. It's a terrific idea to book a stay at the hotel to enjoy the many entertaining activities available. This secluded and special area of the island is surrounded by a wonderful natural park.

Good for swimming since there are no waves, and there are a few showers available. It's also a very peaceful and quiet beach.

I have had the pleasure of visiting Playa del Medio on four occasions while in La Gomera. Hotel Jardin Tecina is only a 40 minute walk away, but you can also hire a bike or drive. The road is a bit narrow in some places, so caution is advised when passing other cars. There is a small carpark where camper vans park up. The beach has a laid-back atmosphere and everyone is so friendly. The sun-warmed pebbles are perfect for sunbathing, and you can choose to wear a swimsuit or not. There are even semi-circle wind breaks made from pebbles for those who want a bit of privacy. There are also lizards living among the pebbles that you can feed with bananas and apples. Just be careful as they may mistake your fingers for fruit! When the wind is strong, the waves and currents can be quite strong, so you may want

If you're looking for a beach day that's a bit of a challenge, then this is the place for you! The long trek can be quite a workout, and with no shade, it can be a bit of a scorcher. We followed the directions but had to turn back part way through - it was a close call getting back to the car! If you're not up for a bit of an adventure, then you'd be better off choosing another beach.

Great place to visit. It's peaceful and tranquil, with people in caravans enjoying their stay without feeling any stress. Although bathing can be risky when the tide is strong, the beach is still clean and the views of Tenerife are spectacular. It's a great spot to spend a relaxing day!

Playa de Santiago

It's a great spot to end the day and observe the world around you. There are some fantastic bars and eateries that serve delicious food.
