Urbanizacion Jardin del Sol - all beaches

Reaching this beach is quite the adventure! Although it can be a bit tricky to get to, Google Maps will direct you to the north end, but there is a bit of a hike to the parking lot. However, if you're up for a challenge, you can take the path that goes down right up from the beach. It's a steep and rocky descent, but totally doable. Once you make it down, you'll be rewarded with a stunning view. The black sand is so beautiful and there's hardly anyone around - it's like your own private paradise. The 30-minute trek is worth it for this incredible beach experience.

This beach near Puerto de la Madera was really great and had everything you could need! There was also a natural pool with ocean water, but unfortunately it was closed during our visit. Unfortunately, dogs weren't allowed either. Overall, not the best experience.

This beach near Barrio Antonio Afonso is tucked away in a picturesque cove, surrounded by steep cliffs. The sun only reaches it in the afternoons, so it's not the ideal spot for sunbathing, although the view is breathtaking. The sand is black and soft, though it can be tricky to get off. The waves are usually quite strong, so it's a great spot for surfers.

The waves were tumultuous, yet the scenery was delightful. The ocean was wild, but the sights were breathtaking.

This location is a hidden gem! It's a gorgeous natural pool with lifeguards, mostly locals and hardly any tourists. The atmosphere is really pleasant and there's plenty of parking. It's an ideal spot for a relaxing swim.

The fantastic pool of seawater for swimming is great, but parking can be a bit difficult. Fortunately, there is a bus that can take you there - I have included a photo of the app and the bus stop details.
