Portitxol Beach

This beach is a peaceful and beautiful spot with a few sandy beaches, a restaurant, and a couple of bars. Parking costs 1.50 euros per hour, but you can park for free in the residential area just a 10-minute walk away.

Cala Montgo

Beautiful, with bright blue water and lots of fish to see - it's really a nice spot. The surrounding area is also impressive. Unfortunately, the paid parking spots fill up quickly, and while there are free parking lots on the street, accessing them can be a bit of a hassle. Fortunately, the beach is easy to access, making it an ideal destination for a day trip.

Platja del Rastell

Located in the middle of the bay of Rosas between Platja Nova and Platja Salatar, this beautiful beach with its fine sand is situated on the edge of the city center. It is somewhat shaded and relatively quiet, making it the perfect spot for a day at the beach. There are large playgrounds where you can play sports, and animals on leashes are allowed, although they are not permitted on the beach. When it's time to leave, there is a small store selling summer items, as well as cafes and restaurants with terraces for cooling off. There are also showers, toilets, and trash cans for convenience. Overall, this beach is a great spot for a day of fun!

Platja de Can Martinet

This spot is stunningly clean, with golden fine sand that makes it even more inviting.

Empuriabrava Beach

This place is a fantastic spot for a sunny day! It's quite sizable, with plenty of free parking, beach volleyball courts, and two football fields - one with large gates, the other with smaller ones. The water is always crystal clear and there are some waves - though occasionally, you may spot a few medusas. It's usually quite windless, making it the perfect place to soak up the sun during the summer months.

Sant Pere Pescador

That place is far from perfect. The sand and water are here, but so are the salesmen with their sunglasses and other items. The view of the cities to the north and south is nice, but it's nothing spectacular. The cities light up at night, but it's hardly worth going out of your way to see.
