Penas Blancas - all beaches

Top! It's a great spot for a day out, with plenty of activities for everyone.

This public beach was great, but parking was limited near the road. Unfortunately we didn't spot any public bathrooms, but there was a life guard tower. The beach had more rocks than sand, but the black sand and pebbles still made it enjoyable.

This beautiful and tranquil cove is just a stone's throw away from the cruise port and is blessed with stunning brown shell sand.

That place may look inviting, but the water is far from clean. It's not a pleasant experience wading in the murky depths.

This beach near Isla Plana is the perfect spot to unwind in the sun. Whether you're young or old, it's an ideal place to spend the day. The shallow waters make it ideal for swimming, and the beach bar is a great bonus. During summer, you can enjoy an outdoor movie night. Peddle boats are a great way to have fun on the water, and there's even a deserted island you can swim or walk to. You'll also find an amazing seafood restaurant right on the beach. The waters are tranquil, and there's easy parking and a short walk to shops and restaurants. We highly recommend La Cala, which is just a 10 minute walk away.
