This used to be one of the top beaches in the area, with convenient amenities for camping. However, it appears that human intervention has negatively impacted its natural beauty and charm.

Guneyli beach

Today, we decided to visit Guneyli beach, even though we anticipated it would be crowded due to it being the weekend. If you arrive by car, you'll need to search for a parking spot on the street parallel to the beach since the official parking lot is extremely small and fills up quickly on weekends. Luckily, we managed to find a parking space next to a fence and made our way to the beach. Unfortunately, we weren't able to select a spot with an umbrella and sunbeds without being charged 200 TL. I paid the fee and that was the end of it. The umbrellas provided poor quality shade and the sunbeds were partially broken. However, the beach itself was fairly clean and the water, although slightly colder than in other areas, was still enjoyable. As mentioned before, it was quite crowded.

This serene and pleasant beach is a haven of tranquility, offering a secure and welcoming environment that is perfect for camping. Nestled amidst fields of sunflowers, this idyllic spot is truly enchanting in the early hours of the day. The crystal-clear waters of the sea are a sight to behold, inviting visitors to take a refreshing dip. Additionally, the beach is conveniently located close to the village, where one can easily find a range of markets and shops. Overall, this beach is a delightful destination that promises a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Looking for a beach that's as pristine as a freshly polished diamond? Look no further, my friend! This seaside spot boasts some of the clearest water you'll ever lay eyes on, not to mention a beach that's so clean, you could eat off it (although we wouldn't recommend it). After stuffing your face at one of the nearby restaurants, take a leisurely stroll along the shore and soak up the sun. Trust us, it's the perfect way to work off that extra kebab. So if you happen to be making the trek from Istanbul to Izmir, do yourself a favor and swing by this slice of paradise. Spend a couple of hours basking in the beauty of this Turkish treasure, and you'll be glad you did.

To access the beach, simply follow the south sign and pass by Fatma Women's Beach. The water is remarkably clean, and there is a beachside café where you can enjoy food and drinks. Currently, you can rent sunbeds for 50 TL. During that time, it was the cleanest and most spacious beach around. There is no need for any additional verification, and you also have the option to set up a tent or park a caravan. Additionally, you can rent a bench for a picnic.
