My friends and I watched the Perseid Meteor Shower on this beach. We had the whole place to ourselves, and it was pitch black. The sand is incredibly soft and white, and it's very soothing. However, the waves can get pretty big, so be cautious when entering the water. I highly recommend visiting this beach, but please be sure to keep it clean.

The beach is definitely worth the drive. The water is incredibly clean, the sand is sufficiently white, and it's not crowded at all. They provide showers, squat bathrooms, and there is a market and a restaurant available. We enjoyed our time both by the water and in the camping area under the trees. They have picnic tables where you can park your car nearby and even hang hammocks from the trees. It's a fantastic place to spend the day. Make sure not to miss out on walking all the way to the left wall of the main beach and continue through the shallow water and rocks until the very end. Once you make the turn, you'll find an amazing spot to jump into the water from the rocks and do some snorkeling.

Before heading to the beach, it's best to confirm if swimming is permitted as large waves can pose a risk to swimmers. In such cases, lifeguards prohibit swimming. Nonetheless, the beach is well-maintained and offers amenities like showers and restrooms. We chose to camp on the beach during our stay.
