Carroubier beach is in the 12th place out of 14 beaches in the Tipaza region 5.8km away from its center, the city of Tipaza. It is one of the beaches of Village Taline settlement, just 1 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains.
It is a tiny several bays coastline with blue water and rocks cover, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal.
