The ocean waters were delightfully warm and the locals were incredibly welcoming, showing no concern for our foreign status and even engaging us in conversation. A kind gentleman, accompanied by his lovely family, generously rented us a kayak and provided us with an umbrella for shade. We were charmed by his adorable daughter, who eagerly brought us our life vests and paddles. My boyfriend and I are eager to revisit this marvelous beach and reunite with the wonderful Neon Cap family. Despite its location between two nuclear reactors, the beach itself is stunningly beautiful and well worth a visit. The only real challenge is the bumpy drive down to the parking lot!

So, I stumbled upon this little slice of paradise known as the beach. Let me tell you, it was quite the experience. The sand was warm and inviting, the waves were crashing in a soothing rhythm, and the sun was shining down with all its might. I couldn't help but feel a sense of peace wash over me as I took in the breathtaking scenery. It's safe to say that this beach is definitely at the top of my list for future visits.

Rakastimme ehdottomasti tätä rantaa! Se oli uskomattoman upea ja paljon helpompi tavoittaa muihin lähellä oleviin rantoihin verrattuna. Pysäköintialue sijaitsee kätevästi aivan rannan edessä.
Vaikka varjoa on saatavana, päätimme tarttua puremaan ravintolaan ja olimme tarpeeksi onnekkaita voidaksemme käyttää myös sateenvarjoaan. Aallot olivat tuskin havaittavissa, mikä antoi meille mahdollisuuden arvostaa täysin henkeäsalpaavia maisemia. Se oli ihanteellinen paikka lapsiperheille!

This so-called "trail" is more like a never-ending slog of ups and downs, so don't even think about bringing anything heavy. The beach itself is... fine, I guess. It's got a bunch of shells strewn about, but other than that, it's just your average strip of sand. I happened to visit on a dreary day, but even then, the water was surprisingly clear. I can only imagine how much more pristine it would be on a sunny day. If you're into hiking, I suppose it's worth checking out, but don't expect to be blown away by the beach itself.

Regrettably, the beaches in Angra are not particularly noteworthy. However, if you find yourself unable to venture further afield, the Coconut Beach is a decent option for families in the Angra/Paraty area. This beach is spacious, peaceful, and not overly crowded due to the absence of shops. The water is crystal clear and the shore is shallow, making it ideal for those who prefer calm waters without any large waves or swells. Additionally, there is a convenient parking area nearby.
Thanks to the abundance of tall trees, you won't need to bring a parasol to find some shade. Instead, consider bringing snorkeling gear as there are plenty of fish to be seen in the shallow waters. Children, in particular, will enjoy exploring the small rocky stretch on the left side of the beach where they can spot different types of fish. However, it's worth noting that this beach is not particularly developed for visitors, so you'll need to bring your own food, drinks

Äskettäin tehdyllä retkelläni meri oli täynnä eläväisiä aaltoja ja runsaasti merivihreää, mutta itse ranta ylpeili henkeäsalpaavalla maisemalla. Our weekend stay at this beach house was an incredible experience! The spacious accommodation comfortably accommodated our group of 14, and we were warmly welcomed by the friendly Mr. Paulo. The value for money was exceptional, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is unbeatable, with the best beaches in Paraty just a stone's throw away. São Gonsalo, the top beach, was particularly impressive. We also enjoyed a 10-minute walk to Taquari beach, where we had the pleasure of watching the sunrise, swimming, and kayaking. Rakastimme ehdottomasti tätä rantaa! Se oli uskomattoman upea ja paljon helpompi tavoittaa muihin lähellä oleviin rantoihin verrattuna. Pysäköintialue sijaitsee kätevästi aivan rannan edessä.
Vaikka varjoa on saatavana, päätimme tarttua puremaan ravintolaan ja olimme tarpeeksi onnekkaita voidaksemme käyttää myös sateenvarjoaan. Aallot olivat tuskin havaittavissa, mikä antoi meille mahdollisuuden arvostaa täysin henkeäsalpaavia maisemia. Se oli ihanteellinen paikka lapsiperheille!

I would not recommend this beach as it did not meet my expectations. The sand was covered in debris and the overall appearance was unappealing. Additionally, there was a lack of amenities and organization. I would suggest exploring other beaches in the area that offer a more enjoyable experience.

Rakastimme ehdottomasti tätä rantaa! Se oli uskomattoman upea ja paljon helpompi tavoittaa muihin lähellä oleviin rantoihin verrattuna. Pysäköintialue sijaitsee kätevästi aivan rannan edessä.

Our weekend stay at this beach house was an incredible experience! The spacious accommodation comfortably accommodated our group of 14, and we were warmly welcomed by the friendly Mr. Paulo. The value for money was exceptional, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is unbeatable, with the best beaches in Paraty just a stone's throw away. São Gonsalo, the top beach, was particularly impressive. We also enjoyed a 10-minute walk to Taquari beach, where we had the pleasure of watching the sunrise, swimming, and kayaking.
