Our accommodations at the Riu Karamboa, situated next to the dunes, were top-notch and worthy of a four-star rating.

If you prefer a guided tour, you can also arrange one from Sal Rei or from a hotel on another part of the island. When driving, don't hesitate to take roads that may not look like roads on Google Maps. Although the beach is unfortunately littered, there is a secluded area further down where visitors can enjoy a nice stretch of sand without any distractions. Despite the littering, this beach is still a great experience and worth a visit, earning it a 4-star rating.
