Be sure to keep an eye out for the kite lines, though - they were scattered around the beach, just waiting to be tripped over!

The wooden promenade in the shopping area is perfect for a stroll and there are small shops and coffee bars to explore. Parking is plentiful, with space for camper vans close to the beach. The beach itself is a long stretch with some parts sandy and some parts rocky, making it a great spot to visit. Plus, there are free toilets in the town square just a short distance away. Getting to the airport is convenient too, as it's only 15 minutes away, and a taxi ride is €18 due to the airport taxi charges.
