The visits will continue through two villages also famous for their historical character: Kaysersberg and Eguisheim. These two villages have been elected "Favorite Villages of the French", a famous French program celebrating each year the favorite villages of the French. The House ZEYSSOLFF is one of the few authentic cellars in Alsace, dating from 1870, with about twenty hundred-year-old oak casks each having a capacity of 10,000 L still used for the winemaking of its wines. His great curiosity is the ZEYSSOLFF barrel, made in 1897 for the Paris Universal Exhibition (1900). This barrel is still used today.
