Kasonisi is a small rocky islet separated from Samos by a narrow strait. The real attraction is the small strait with its isolated location and turquoise water. The strait is less than 50 meters wide and with less than 1 meter depth at the most shallow part. We start by boarding on the boat in Pythagorion harbor to go along the east coast. The first stop is at Kassonisi. Here we jump in the water directly from the boat. Then we continue towards the beach of Posidonion. Here you can choose to either swim directly from the boat or sunbathe and swim from the beach.

Kusadasi in the Turkish language means “Island of the birds” takes its name from the small island found at the entrance of the port. It is one of the most visited towns in Turkey. This day trip offers a fantastic chance to explore Skopelos and Alonissos, part of the North Sporades, while enjoying the sun and sea. Departing from Skiathos Port at 09:15 AM, the boat sails for 1.5 hours to Skopelos, where you'll have 1.5 hours to explore its narrow streets, shop, or visit churches. The boat then heads to Alonissos and its port, Patitiri, for another 1.5 hours to explore the old town, with time for lunch (not included). A tour for those interested in local history, folklore and culture. The evening begins at the church of The Archangels, where you get a wonderful view and a short tour of the interesting, old church. We then continue to the Church of The Virgin Mary and after we have visited it, there is a short footpath that will take us down to the Evagelistria Monastery, built to be well hidden from pirates in a lush valley. This is the only monastery on Skiathos that is still active and it has a fascinating 200-year history, starting with the making of the first Greek flag. After a tour of the premises and the local museum, which houses a rare collection of icons, relics and traditional costumes, you will get some time on your own before departing. All in all a lovely way to spend part of your evening in peaceful and tranquil surroundings, untouched and undisturbed by the modern way of life.
