Your adventure begins at 8:00 AM with a hotel pick-up. With only 20 guests, enjoy a personal and informative tour as we head to Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures, arriving by 8:50 AM. Take a boat cruise on Hartley’s Lagoon to witness thrilling crocodile feeding, followed by free time to explore the park's wildlife, including koalas, kangaroos, and more. At 11:35 AM, your guide will pick you up for a journey on the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway, where you'll enjoy breathtaking views and 2 stops to get off and explore the rainforest. We will meet you at the terminal and transfer you up to the Kuranda village, explore its vibrant markets, galleries, shops and cafes, or opt for the wildlife experiences. At 3:30 PM, board the Kuranda Scenic Railway for a scenic trip through the rainforest, past waterfalls and through tunnels. End your day with a sunset stroll along Palm Cove’s beach, enjoying a drink before returning to Port Douglas at dusk.
Cruise to Green Island from Cairns and find a tropical paradise on the Great Barrier Reef. You'll spend either four or five hours at Green Island, with plenty of time to snorkel or tour the reef on a glass-bottom boat or view coral from a semi-submersible submarine.
This tour goes for 2 ¼ hours. It takes 15 minutes to get out there on a fast, fun speed boat with maximum of 14 people, snorkel for 1.5 hrs at our exclusive mooring located at Low Isles reef, one of just a few exclusive permits allowed to enter this WORLD HERITAGE green zone sensitive site. Then a 15 minute trip home. The reef that we visit on Option A is very protected and has a vast quantity of corals and abundant fish species, with green turtles . On this tour there is no island access, you snorkel from the back of the boat. We own two exclusive permits right on the reef edge that allows just our 2 Reef Sprinter boats to visit this reef meaning there are no crowds at all! See spectacular corals, turtles, and fish life only 15 minutes from Port Douglas and you won’t get seasick.

During your 60 – 90 minute journey, you will slowly glide along the Daintree River while one of our local guides shares their knowledge about the unique tropical ecosystem. Ngana Julaymba Dungay: We All Going Daintree Spend the morning or afternoon with a local Aboriginal tour guide, learning about culturally significant areas and the connection the Kuku Yalanji still have with their land. Learn the history, culture and traditions of the local Aboriginal people and the area. Guided walk through the rainforest and coastal habitats learning about the environment, different foods and medicines utilized from nature, sample some bush tucker, collect shellfish and try traditional Aboriginal hunting practices, have a go at spear throwing and if you are lucky, catch a mud crab. Complete the adventure by cooling off in a pristine freshwater stream.
Set sail from Port Douglas for a day of snorkeling and relaxing on the Great Barrier Reef’s Low Isles. The sheltered white sands are surrounded by tropical waters filled with fish, turtles and coral for pristine off-beach snorkeling, just moments away from Low Isles . Enjoy a beer, wine or soft drink with a snack while cruising. After the Wildlife Cruise, we head over to Mossman Gorge. Once in Mossman Gorge National Park, we conduct an interpretive walk along an elevated boardwalk. Weather dependent, we can enjoy a dip in the crystal-clear rainforest stream, whilst being surrounded by the beautiful and healing Mossman Gorge rainforest. What a memorable way to spend an afternoon!

Prepare yourself for an action-packed, half-day, white-water rafting adventure on the Barron River! Navigate thrilling Grade 2 and 3 rapids for up to 2-hours, as you surge through the heart of Barron Gorge National Park. Feel the rush as you tackle the rapids, then soak in the stunning scenery while floating past rugged cliffs, dramatic ravines, and lush rainforest. You have the option to include a pickup from Cairns or Port Douglas (If option is selected), or self-drive to the meeting point (If option is selected).
Lady Douglas is iconic to Port Douglas and has been cruising the Inlet for over 30 years. We have amazing success at spotting crocodiles in their natural habitat.
Departing from Port Douglas, Poseidon is a 24 metre catamaran offering an exciting boutique adventure, perfect for small groups of experienced divers and confident snorkellers. With access to exclusive remote reef sites, expert marine interpretation and citizen science, guest numbers are capped at 65. Poseidon visits 3 different sites in one day at the stunning Agincourt ribbon reefs. Certified divers can enjoy up to 3 dives and introductory diving is also available. With marine biologist interpretation at each site, snorkellers have the opportunity to participate in a monitoring survey. Poseidon has a special permit allowing guests to swim with dwarf minke whales if encountered.
