We start the day at Olivers Taranga vineyards where we get to taste wines in the beautiful cellar door next to the vines that the fruit is sourced from. Our 2nd visit is to the Iconic d’Arenberg Cube described as a winery built within a Rubik’s Cube Once we have finished exploring the five levels of the Cube, we sit down for a delicious 2-course lunch at the award winning d’Arry’s Verandah restaurant where our guests select their own dishes from the seasonal à la carte menu. Your Tasting in the Dark Experience will begin at the Hardys Tintara Cellar Door. You will meet your host at the Cellar Door where you will be guided to our Fortified Barrel Hall. This room is on the bottom level of the original winery, and maintains a constant temperature of 18 degrees Celsius, so make sure to bring a jacket in the colder months.
