In this activity you will get to know the ingredients and the authentic culinary traditions of the area, you will experience firsthand the preparation of fresh pasta and pesto and you can have lunch in a wonderful location inside an historical palace

Our Traditional Cooking class in Genoa will allow you to learn the best Ligurian and Genovese recipes sided by local professionals in the field. Hands-on the job you will be guided in the preparation of traditional recipes from Genoa and Liguria. Our cooking class and tasting is an all-around experience. We believe that the cooking class with tasting is successful when our guests test themselves cooking, learning, sharing their experiences and having fun. Therefore, we have a 2-people minimum and a 10-people maximum. If the minimum number of guests is not reached, we will contact you to reschedulethe class at another time or day. The class and tasting include: at least 4 recipes with preparation and tasting, and one tasting more (artisanal gelato). Water, wine or beer (in limited amounts) are included. Everything else is not included.
