Immerse yourself in a private pasta-making class at the Cesarina's home,  learn the secrets of the region's most famous pasta dishes and taste the fruit of your labour accompanied by a glass of local wine. During the lesson the Cesarina will reveal the tricks of the trade of 3 authentic regional pasta recipes. Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test. Each participant will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. Then, taste everything you have prepared accompanied by a selection of red and white local wines. The guided tour begins inside our Wine Castle, to accompany you to discover the history of our family and the territory that surrounds us. Weather permitting, a visit to the vineyard is planned, to deepen closely the soil type that distinguishes the Grave del Friuli. We will then delve into the production chain of our winery and take you to the discovery of the barrel cellar, where the finest wines rest – the Reserves – to enrich themselves with unique aromas and best express their exclusive qualities. After the visit there will be a tasting of 6 glasses, so you can get to know our production of sparkling wines, white and red. We will guide you in discovering the characteristics of our wines and the oenological practices that distinguish them.
