Reaching this beach is not a walk in the park, but that is not a major issue. If you want to make the most of your visit, you should bring some swimming shoes - it is impossible to enjoy this beach without them. The sand is covered in stones of all shapes and sizes, and they are all dangerously slippery. The water is very shallow, so you will feel the slimy seaweed and other aquatic plants on the bottom with your feet - not a pleasant experience. Despite this, the beach is quite small, pretty and not too crowded.
Cala de sa Ferradura is far from ideal. The picturesque views and seclusion come at a cost - the drive down is a nerve-wracking experience. The single lane gravel road is dangerous, with a 40 foot drop to the ocean on the right side and the risk of oncoming traffic. Be warned - this is not a journey for the faint-hearted.
Just a short drive away from the bustling Port San Miguel lies a secluded beach. Its small size and the long journey it takes to get there make it a peaceful and tranquil spot. The sand and rocks are a perfect combination for a windy day, and there's even a small bar nearby. If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a stand-up paddleboard or take a taxi boat to and from the main beach. Enjoy the peacefulness of this beach and take in the stunning views!
This beach near Port de Sant Miquel is a sight to behold! Not only is it gorgeous, but it also has a delightful little bar to top it off. It's the perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty of the shore.
This location may be a bit of a trek to get to, but that's what makes it so peaceful. The staff couldn't be more accommodating and the beach chairs and umbrellas are really great. To top it off, there's a little bar with refreshments and snacks. If you're looking for a serene escape, this is the place to go.
