The delightful beach of Costa Brava may be smaller than Calella, but it still has plenty of charm. Thanks to its bay, it's a sight to behold with the shimmering colors and reflections of the sea and the surrounding cliffs. The sand is just the right size, and there are showers to rinse off after a dip in the sea. Plus, if you arrived by yacht, you're in luck; there's a boat taxi service on the left bank. And you won't have to worry about where to eat; there are at least 6 restaurants right on the beach, and 3 more a little farther inland. Costa Brava's spirit is alive and well here - come discover it for yourself!
This beach is an absolute gem. It's got plenty of parking, easy access to the shore, and a wide range of eateries and small shops. It's the perfect spot for a family outing, and the scenery is simply stunning.
The waters of Tamariu beach may appear inviting, but with its limited size, it can get crowded quickly. On weekends, it can be a chaotic, hot mess, with far too many tourists. During the week, it's a bit calmer, but that doesn't change the fact that the beach is simply too small to accommodate everyone. All in all, it's not the best option on a hot day.
The beach can get quite busy, however, it's worth the effort to get here as there are no transport facilities. It's around 4kms from Palafrugell bus station, but the journey is worth it! There are some great camping facilities nearby and plenty of houses available to rent.
This beach is a tranquil oasis, ideal for those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The shoreline is perfect for sunbathing and swimming, while the nearby restaurants provide delicious cuisine. No need to worry about noisy bars or blaring music, as this spot is all about relaxation.
