Playing at jump spots and natural slides, the rule is to stay in the water. We then come to our first challenge where you find out why you’ve been wearing a harness. Our guides will show you everything you need to know to allow you to slide down the Prysor waterfall. Once at the edge, we abseil you down the main face and release you a few feet from the water’s surface. Shortly followed by a short swim to watch the rest of your friends conquer the same feat. Onwards to the Cauldron, a water-filled basin carved out through thousands of years of natural erosion. The first part is a huge slide into a deep pool, followed three jumps. We start at the south end of the aqueduct and soon enough you are paddling across this famous feat of engineering which stands at an impressive 126ft above the Dee River. Although this style of canoeing is deemed a calm and peaceful session the look over the edge is a breathtaking sight, but with our staff on hand, there is nothing to worry about, especially with a safe footpath on the opposing side. After this it is then a breeze down the canal, learning and developing skills across the way with some games and challenges thrown in. Kicking off the action with an angel fall backwards into our first plunge pool. It’s then onwards navigating our way through wonderful rock formations. Playing at jump spots and natural slides, the rule is to stay in the water. We then come to our first challenge where you find out why you’ve been wearing a harness. Our guides will show you everything you need to know to allow you to slide down the Prysor waterfall. Once at the edge, we abseil you down the main face and release you a few feet from the water’s surface. Shortly followed by a short swim to watch the rest of your friends conquer the same feat. Onwards to the Cauldron, a water-filled basin carved out through thousands of years of natural erosion. The first part is a huge slide into a deep pool, followed three jumps. After conquering the small and medium there is an option to try the BIG ONE. This one will get you outside your comfort zone and get those adrenaline juices truly maxed out.
