The current Peterborough Cathedral was built after the Norman conquest and seen of activity since then and two queens were buried here including Katherine of Aragon whose tomb we will visit. From here we will make a short journey to the beautiful small town of Crowland which despite it’s modest size is home to two remarkable historical places of interest.
