Our host Aslaan was available for us at any time via WhatsApp, always friendly and ready to help. He surprised us with a dolphin tour and a romantic flower bath. When I injured my foot, he immediately picked us up with a buggy and arranged for a doctor within 10 minutes. This level of care and kindness was something we experienced everywhere on the island – in the bars, restaurants, spa, and beyond. Everyone we met was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. This trip was a dream of ours for many years, and thanks to Emerald Faarufushi, it truly became reality. We found ourselves constantly stopping on our way to breakfast, totally in awe of the water and what we could see below. Snorkelling from the house reef was incredible and we can't recommend enough a visit off the jetty near the Eclipse bar. Something else that we loved was that you could walk, swim, cycle or simply stroll around the entire island, taking in the beauty at your own pace. The dining and drink experience was also impressive. The restaurants and drinks were consistently of an extremely high standard and with enough options to keep things different throughout our whole stay. While the resort itself is undeniably beautiful, what truly sets Emerald Faarufushi apart is its staff. We can't say enough how every single person went above and beyond. Our island host, Kumar, was very responsive and incredibly helpful with every request. Our fantastic housekeeper, Kumlish, is someone we'll never forget; his dedication and attention to detail were exceptional. Sommelier Sean and Joseph were not only knowledgeable about their wines but also a genuine pleasure to chat with. Fernando, the head chef for Aqua, made us feel like true VIPs, cooking a number of special dishes just for us. And Chinna at the Sunset Bar was without a doubt the coolest person going and made everything look effortless - you were a pleasure to chat with. Beyond those named above, there are so many more we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to for making our stay unforgettable: Rabiol, Ori, Rao, Shinaz, Patrick, Rohit, Kamil, Yasir, Priyanka, Sairam, Aniket, Kasun and Mija, to name just a few. This was without a doubt, the best place we have ever been. We felt completely disconnected from the outside world. This is our second time visiting the Maldives, but after our trip to Reethi Faru, it will be incredibly difficult for us to find something better. I don't even know where to begin. The things that we absolutely loved were the premium package that allowed us to eat a la carte every night, the Prosecco which we adored, the beach villas that offered privacy and had an incredible reef right in front of them (we were lucky enough to see turtles, rays, sharks, corals, and more every single day), the close connection with the island that allowed us to walk everywhere barefoot, the outdoor bathrooms, and the lovely bars. However, there were a few things that we didn't enjoy as much, such as the services at the Water Sports Center. We had wanted to go scuba diving, but we were required to do several introductory dives to be tested, even though I already had my Open Water Diver certification and had recently gone diving. I ended up giving up in the end. We had also booked a snorkeling trip which ended up being canceled, and we were forced to join a diving excursion where we saw very little compared to the house reef, maybe around 5%. Despite these minor setbacks, we do plan on returning someday.

Our conclusion about our experience at Geethi Faru is that Your Resort is not welcoming to Asian guests. It seems that we are not considered important to you, or perhaps you think we are not big spenders, despite being guests in your largest 2-bedroom water villas with a jacuzzi. We feel that what we have spent is not worth the value. However, we would like to compliment the Water Sport team, led by Mohammed. They were approachable, sincere, patient, and helpful in addressing our inquiries. They did a good job, and we appreciate their efforts. To be honest, our families were greatly disappointed by our overall experience. We expected to be treated fairly without having to demand high levels of service and attention. Unfortunately, the basic treatment we anticipated was not delivered. Our holiday is now over, and we wish Reethi Faru Resort all the best in their future endeavors. In June, our family arrived on the island and were impressed by the extraordinary scenery and the rooms we had booked. We were eagerly looking forward to our holiday at Reethi Faru Resort. As part of our Full board package, which included room and meals, we visited the Sunset Bar, the first F&B outlet, to experience it. However, we were surprised to find that we were not greeted at all, and the bartender did not show any welcoming expression or body language. Instead of being attended to, we had to approach the bar counter to ask for service. This was not a good first impression. During our first dinner at the VAKARU main dining outlet, we entered without being greeted. We were not asked where we preferred to sit and were instead led to a table that had been assigned by an associate behind the restaurant. We were confused as to why we were asked to sit in a far corner of the restaurant. Could it be because we are Chinese and not supposed to sit at the front or center of the restaurant? On our second day, we had our first buffet breakfast at the same Vakaru restaurant. We were told that we could only sit at the same assigned tables from the previous night's dinner. However, one of my family members insisted on choosing our preferred tables, and the service associates had no choice but to allow us to do so. We wondered if there was a rule in your F&B policy stating that patrons must sit where they are assigned. If such a rule exists, please show it to us to clarify any misunderstanding. Our parents were excited to use the in-room jacuzzi. My brother called the front desk four times throughout the day for assistance in setting it up and guiding us on how to operate it properly to avoid any damage. Unfortunately, our requests were completely ignored. On our last night on the island, we went to the main bar right next to Vakaru after dinner. We wanted to have a family gathering before our departure the next day. When we arrived at the bar, we asked for outdoor wooden benches to be set up with cushions, but no one seemed interested in assisting us. We decided to do it ourselves quickly by taking cushions from the benches next to our tables. When it was time to place our beverage order, we waited for more than 8 minutes to be attended to. It is worth noting that we were the fourth table to arrive on the deck, with other tables arriving after us. The worst part was that our orders were not served to us, even after all the other tables in the bar had been served. We felt like we were not valued as guests and had to beg for service. We went to the front desk to express our concerns to the Guest Service Assistant about the poor treatment we had experienced. He attempted to contact a Decision Maker and made us wait in the lobby for over 5 minutes. We eventually gave up and walked back to our villas. No manager personally attended to our disappointed experience, but instead, we were sent 8 cans of beer, which we felt was an inadequate solution to ease our dissatisfaction.

Despite these minor setbacks, we do plan on returning someday.

Our conclusion about our experience at Geethi Faru is that Your Resort is not welcoming to Asian guests. It seems that we are not considered important to you, or perhaps you think we are not big spenders, despite being guests in your largest 2-bedroom water villas with a jacuzzi. They were approachable, sincere, patient, and helpful in addressing our inquiries. They did a good job, and we appreciate their efforts. We were confused as to why we were asked to sit in a far corner of the restaurant. Could it be because we are Chinese and not supposed to sit at the front or center of the restaurant? On our second day, we had our first buffet breakfast at the same Vakaru restaurant. We were told that we could only sit at the same assigned tables from the previous night's dinner. However, one of my family members insisted on choosing our preferred tables, and the service associates had no choice but to allow us to do so. We wondered if there was a rule in your F&B policy stating that patrons must sit where they are assigned. If such a rule exists, please show it to us to clarify any misunderstanding. Our parents were excited to use the in-room jacuzzi. My brother called the front desk four times throughout the day for assistance in setting it up and guiding us on how to operate it properly to avoid any damage. Unfortunately, our requests were completely ignored. On our last night on the island, we went to the main bar right next to Vakaru after dinner. We wanted to have a family gathering before our departure the next day. When we arrived at the bar, we asked for outdoor wooden benches to be set up with cushions, but no one seemed interested in assisting us. We decided to do it ourselves quickly by taking cushions from the benches next to our tables. When it was time to place our beverage order, we waited for more than 8 minutes to be attended to. It is worth noting that we were the fourth table to arrive on the deck, with other tables arriving after us. The worst part was that our orders were not served to us, even after all the other tables in the bar had been served. We felt like we were not valued as guests and had to beg for service. We went to the front desk to express our concerns to the Guest Service Assistant about the poor treatment we had experienced. He attempted to contact a Decision Maker and made us wait in the lobby for over 5 minutes. We eventually gave up and walked back to our villas. No manager personally attended to our disappointed experience, but instead, we were sent 8 cans of beer, which we felt was an inadequate solution to ease our dissatisfaction.

From the very first moment, everything exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, due to a flight delay, we missed our seaplane connection and had to spend a night in Malé. However, Emerald’s team immediately stepped in: they responded to our email within minutes, and even had a staff member meet us at the airport late at night to help us. We truly felt taken care of from the beginning. When we finally arrived on the island, we were absolutely blown away. The island is stunning – pristine, peaceful, and so beautifully maintained. The gardens are looked after from morning until evening by a team of kind gardeners, and the entire island smells like flowers. It genuinely feels like a tropical dream. Our villa was perfect – spotlessly clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping by Wayan was outstanding. The beach and the crystal-clear ocean are beyond words. We also treated ourselves to a massage at the spa, which was pure bliss. What really made our stay unforgettable, however, was the dedication of the staff. Our host Aslaan was available for us at any time via WhatsApp, always friendly and ready to help. He surprised us with a dolphin tour and a romantic flower bath. When I injured my foot, he immediately picked us up with a buggy and arranged for a doctor within 10 minutes. This level of care and kindness was something we experienced everywhere on the island – in the bars, restaurants, spa, and beyond. Everyone we met was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. This trip was a dream of ours for many years, and thanks to Emerald Faarufushi, it truly became reality. It was nothing less than paradise on earth, and we are already dreaming of coming back one day. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Our recent 10 night stay in an overwater villa with sunset views at Emerald Faarufushi was quite literally, a dream holiday from start to finish and went beyond our expectations. It ticked every box and more! From the moment we landed at Malé airport, everything was seamless. The seaplane transfer was an experience in itself, the incredible views of the atolls are not to missed. Once we arrived at the resort, we discovered our overwater villa was absolutely stunning and really spacious (shout-out to room 321). The room was thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need – right down to a fizz stopper for our wine! The biggest wow factor at the resort for us though has to be the crystal-clear waters and the reef. We found ourselves constantly stopping on our way to breakfast, totally in awe of the water and what we could see below. Snorkelling from the house reef was incredible and we can't recommend enough a visit off the jetty near the Eclipse bar. Something else that we loved was that you could walk, swim, cycle or simply stroll around the entire island, taking in the beauty at your own pace. The dining and drink experience was also impressive. The restaurants and drinks were consistently of an extremely high standard and with enough options to keep things different throughout our whole stay. While the resort itself is undeniably beautiful, what truly sets Emerald Faarufushi apart is its staff. We can't say enough how every single person went above and beyond. Our island host, Kumar, was very responsive and incredibly helpful with every request. Our fantastic housekeeper, Kumlish, is someone we'll never forget; his dedication and attention to detail were exceptional. Sommelier Sean and Joseph were not only knowledgeable about their wines but also a genuine pleasure to chat with. Fernando, the head chef for Aqua, made us feel like true VIPs, cooking a number of special dishes just for us. And Chinna at the Sunset Bar was without a doubt the coolest person going and made everything look effortless - you were a pleasure to chat with. Beyond those named above, there are so many more we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to for making our stay unforgettable: Rabiol, Ori, Rao, Shinaz, Patrick, Rohit, Kamil, Yasir, Priyanka, Sairam, Aniket, Kasun and Mija, to name just a few. This was without a doubt, the best place we have ever been. We felt completely disconnected from the outside world. My wife Sarah and I had an incredible time during our 10-day honeymoon at this beach. It truly was the best place we have ever been to, like a paradise on earth. The food was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of special dishes served every day. The cocktails were fantastic, and the wine list seemed endless. The staff at this resort was truly exceptional, the best we have ever encountered. We have a great deal of respect for the staff and management. This was the best experience of our lives, and the staff went above and beyond to make us happy and surprise us every day. We appreciated the activities and the fact that we were upgraded to a better room for our honeymoon. The view was breathtaking, and the spa was perfect. We also had an incredible snorkeling experience. This resort is more than just a 5-star establishment, and we definitely want to visit again. Our villa was perfect – spotlessly clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping by Wayan was outstanding. The beach and the crystal-clear ocean are beyond words. We also treated ourselves to a massage at the spa, which was pure bliss. What really made our stay unforgettable, however, was the dedication of the staff. Our host Aslaan was available for us at any time via WhatsApp, always friendly and ready to help. He surprised us with a dolphin tour and a romantic flower bath. When I injured my foot, he immediately picked us up with a buggy and arranged for a doctor within 10 minutes. This level of care and kindness was something we experienced everywhere on the island – in the bars, restaurants, spa, and beyond. Everyone we met was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. This trip was a dream of ours for many years, and thanks to Emerald Faarufushi, it truly became reality. It was nothing less than paradise on earth, and we are already dreaming of coming back one day. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Our recent 10 night stay in an overwater villa with sunset views at Emerald Faarufushi was quite literally, a dream holiday from start to finish and went beyond our expectations. It ticked every box and more! From the moment we landed at Malé airport, everything was seamless. The seaplane transfer was an experience in itself, the incredible views of the atolls are not to missed. Once we arrived at the resort, we discovered our overwater villa was absolutely stunning and really spacious (shout-out to room 321). The room was thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need – right down to a fizz stopper for our wine! The biggest wow factor at the resort for us though has to be the crystal-clear waters and the reef. We found ourselves constantly stopping on our way to breakfast, totally in awe of the water and what we could see below. Snorkelling from the house reef was incredible and we can't recommend enough a visit off the jetty near the Eclipse bar. Something else that we loved was that you could walk, swim, cycle or simply stroll around the entire island, taking in the beauty at your own pace. The dining and drink experience was also impressive. The restaurants and drinks were consistently of an extremely high standard and with enough options to keep things different throughout our whole stay. While the resort itself is undeniably beautiful, what truly sets Emerald Faarufushi apart is its staff. We can't say enough how every single person went above and beyond. Our island host, Kumar, was very responsive and incredibly helpful with every request. Our fantastic housekeeper, Kumlish, is someone we'll never forget; his dedication and attention to detail were exceptional. Sommelier Sean and Joseph were not only knowledgeable about their wines but also a genuine pleasure to chat with. Fernando, the head chef for Aqua, made us feel like true VIPs, cooking a number of special dishes just for us. And Chinna at the Sunset Bar was without a doubt the coolest person going and made everything look effortless - you were a pleasure to chat with. Beyond those named above, there are so many more we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to for making our stay unforgettable: Rabiol, Ori, Rao, Shinaz, Patrick, Rohit, Kamil, Yasir, Priyanka, Sairam, Aniket, Kasun and Mija, to name just a few. This was without a doubt, the best place we have ever been. We felt completely disconnected from the outside world. The food was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of special dishes served every day. The cocktails were fantastic, and the wine list seemed endless. This was the best experience of our lives, and the staff went above and beyond to make us happy and surprise us every day. We appreciated the activities and the fact that we were upgraded to a better room for our honeymoon. The view was breathtaking, and the spa was perfect. We also had an incredible snorkeling experience. This resort is more than just a 5-star establishment, and we definitely want to visit again. We highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants to have a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

This is our second time visiting the Maldives, but after our trip to Reethi Faru, it will be incredibly difficult for us to find something better. I don't even know where to begin. The things that we absolutely loved were the premium package that allowed us to eat a la carte every night, the Prosecco which we adored, the beach villas that offered privacy and had an incredible reef right in front of them (we were lucky enough to see turtles, rays, sharks, corals, and more every single day), the close connection with the island that allowed us to walk everywhere barefoot, the outdoor bathrooms, and the lovely bars. However, there were a few things that we didn't enjoy as much, such as the services at the Water Sports Center. We had wanted to go scuba diving, but we were required to do several introductory dives to be tested, even though I already had my Open Water Diver certification and had recently gone diving. I ended up giving up in the end. We had also booked a snorkeling trip which ended up being canceled, and we were forced to join a diving excursion where we saw very little compared to the house reef, maybe around 5%. Despite these minor setbacks, we do plan on returning someday.

Our conclusion about our experience at Geethi Faru is that Your Resort is not welcoming to Asian guests. It seems that we are not considered important to you, or perhaps you think we are not big spenders, despite being guests in your largest 2-bedroom water villas with a jacuzzi. We feel that what we have spent is not worth the value. However, we would like to compliment the Water Sport team, led by Mohammed. They were approachable, sincere, patient, and helpful in addressing our inquiries. They did a good job, and we appreciate their efforts. To be honest, our families were greatly disappointed by our overall experience. We expected to be treated fairly without having to demand high levels of service and attention. Unfortunately, the basic treatment we anticipated was not delivered. Our holiday is now over, and we wish Reethi Faru Resort all the best in their future endeavors. In June, our family arrived on the island and were impressed by the extraordinary scenery and the rooms we had booked. We were eagerly looking forward to our holiday at Reethi Faru Resort. As part of our Full board package, which included room and meals, we visited the Sunset Bar, the first F&B outlet, to experience it. However, we were surprised to find that we were not greeted at all, and the bartender did not show any welcoming expression or body language. Instead of being attended to, we had to approach the bar counter to ask for service. This was not a good first impression. During our first dinner at the VAKARU main dining outlet, we entered without being greeted. We were not asked where we preferred to sit and were instead led to a table that had been assigned by an associate behind the restaurant. We were confused as to why we were asked to sit in a far corner of the restaurant. Could it be because we are Chinese and not supposed to sit at the front or center of the restaurant? On our second day, we had our first buffet breakfast at the same Vakaru restaurant. We were told that we could only sit at the same assigned tables from the previous night's dinner. However, one of my family members insisted on choosing our preferred tables, and the service associates had no choice but to allow us to do so. We wondered if there was a rule in your F&B policy stating that patrons must sit where they are assigned. If such a rule exists, please show it to us to clarify any misunderstanding. Our parents were excited to use the in-room jacuzzi. My brother called the front desk four times throughout the day for assistance in setting it up and guiding us on how to operate it properly to avoid any damage. Unfortunately, our requests were completely ignored. On our last night on the island, we went to the main bar right next to Vakaru after dinner. We wanted to have a family gathering before our departure the next day. When we arrived at the bar, we asked for outdoor wooden benches to be set up with cushions, but no one seemed interested in assisting us. We decided to do it ourselves quickly by taking cushions from the benches next to our tables. When it was time to place our beverage order, we waited for more than 8 minutes to be attended to. It is worth noting that we were the fourth table to arrive on the deck, with other tables arriving after us. The worst part was that our orders were not served to us, even after all the other tables in the bar had been served. We felt like we were not valued as guests and had to beg for service. We went to the front desk to express our concerns to the Guest Service Assistant about the poor treatment we had experienced. He attempted to contact a Decision Maker and made us wait in the lobby for over 5 minutes. We eventually gave up and walked back to our villas. No manager personally attended to our disappointed experience, but instead, we were sent 8 cans of beer, which we felt was an inadequate solution to ease our dissatisfaction.

My wife Sarah and I had an incredible time during our 10-day honeymoon at this beach. It truly was the best place we have ever been to, like a paradise on earth. The food was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of special dishes served every day. The cocktails were fantastic, and the wine list seemed endless. The staff at this resort was truly exceptional, the best we have ever encountered. We have a great deal of respect for the staff and management. This was the best experience of our lives, and the staff went above and beyond to make us happy and surprise us every day. We appreciated the activities and the fact that we were upgraded to a better room for our honeymoon. The view was breathtaking, and the spa was perfect. We also had an incredible snorkeling experience. This resort is more than just a 5-star establishment, and we definitely want to visit again. We highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants to have a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

We recently returned from our first trip to the Maldives – and we couldn’t have chosen a better place than Emerald Faarufushi for our honeymoon. From the very first moment, everything exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, due to a flight delay, we missed our seaplane connection and had to spend a night in Malé. However, Emerald’s team immediately stepped in: they responded to our email within minutes, and even had a staff member meet us at the airport late at night to help us. We truly felt taken care of from the beginning. When we finally arrived on the island, we were absolutely blown away. The island is stunning – pristine, peaceful, and so beautifully maintained. The gardens are looked after from morning until evening by a team of kind gardeners, and the entire island smells like flowers. It genuinely feels like a tropical dream. Our villa was perfect – spotlessly clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping by Wayan was outstanding. The beach and the crystal-clear ocean are beyond words. We also treated ourselves to a massage at the spa, which was pure bliss. What really made our stay unforgettable, however, was the dedication of the staff. Our host Aslaan was available for us at any time via WhatsApp, always friendly and ready to help. He surprised us with a dolphin tour and a romantic flower bath. When I injured my foot, he immediately picked us up with a buggy and arranged for a doctor within 10 minutes. This level of care and kindness was something we experienced everywhere on the island – in the bars, restaurants, spa, and beyond. Everyone we met was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. This trip was a dream of ours for many years, and thanks to Emerald Faarufushi, it truly became reality. It was nothing less than paradise on earth, and we are already dreaming of coming back one day. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Our recent 10 night stay in an overwater villa with sunset views at Emerald Faarufushi was quite literally, a dream holiday from start to finish and went beyond our expectations. It ticked every box and more! From the moment we landed at Malé airport, everything was seamless. The seaplane transfer was an experience in itself, the incredible views of the atolls are not to missed. Once we arrived at the resort, we discovered our overwater villa was absolutely stunning and really spacious (shout-out to room 321). The room was thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need – right down to a fizz stopper for our wine! The biggest wow factor at the resort for us though has to be the crystal-clear waters and the reef. We found ourselves constantly stopping on our way to breakfast, totally in awe of the water and what we could see below. Snorkelling from the house reef was incredible and we can't recommend enough a visit off the jetty near the Eclipse bar. Something else that we loved was that you could walk, swim, cycle or simply stroll around the entire island, taking in the beauty at your own pace. The dining and drink experience was also impressive. The restaurants and drinks were consistently of an extremely high standard and with enough options to keep things different throughout our whole stay. While the resort itself is undeniably beautiful, what truly sets Emerald Faarufushi apart is its staff. We can't say enough how every single person went above and beyond. Our island host, Kumar, was very responsive and incredibly helpful with every request. Our fantastic housekeeper, Kumlish, is someone we'll never forget; his dedication and attention to detail were exceptional. Sommelier Sean and Joseph were not only knowledgeable about their wines but also a genuine pleasure to chat with. Fernando, the head chef for Aqua, made us feel like true VIPs, cooking a number of special dishes just for us. And Chinna at the Sunset Bar was without a doubt the coolest person going and made everything look effortless - you were a pleasure to chat with. Beyond those named above, there are so many more we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to for making our stay unforgettable: Rabiol, Ori, Rao, Shinaz, Patrick, Rohit, Kamil, Yasir, Priyanka, Sairam, Aniket, Kasun and Mija, to name just a few. This was without a doubt, the best place we have ever been. We felt completely disconnected from the outside world. In fact, we loved it so much that we've already booked our return trip for next April! It's not goodbye, Emerald Faarufushi, it's see you soon!

This is our second time visiting the Maldives, but after our trip to Reethi Faru, it will be incredibly difficult for us to find something better. I don't even know where to begin. The things that we absolutely loved were the premium package that allowed us to eat a la carte every night, the Prosecco which we adored, the beach villas that offered privacy and had an incredible reef right in front of them (we were lucky enough to see turtles, rays, sharks, corals, and more every single day), the close connection with the island that allowed us to walk everywhere barefoot, the outdoor bathrooms, and the lovely bars. However, there were a few things that we didn't enjoy as much, such as the services at the Water Sports Center. We had wanted to go scuba diving, but we were required to do several introductory dives to be tested, even though I already had my Open Water Diver certification and had recently gone diving. I ended up giving up in the end. We had also booked a snorkeling trip which ended up being canceled, and we were forced to join a diving excursion where we saw very little compared to the house reef, maybe around 5%. Despite these minor setbacks, we do plan on returning someday.

Our conclusion about our experience at Geethi Faru is that Your Resort is not welcoming to Asian guests. It seems that we are not considered important to you, or perhaps you think we are not big spenders, despite being guests in your largest 2-bedroom water villas with a jacuzzi. We feel that what we have spent is not worth the value. However, we would like to compliment the Water Sport team, led by Mohammed. They were approachable, sincere, patient, and helpful in addressing our inquiries. They did a good job, and we appreciate their efforts. To be honest, our families were greatly disappointed by our overall experience. We expected to be treated fairly without having to demand high levels of service and attention. Unfortunately, the basic treatment we anticipated was not delivered. Our holiday is now over, and we wish Reethi Faru Resort all the best in their future endeavors. In June, our family arrived on the island and were impressed by the extraordinary scenery and the rooms we had booked. We were eagerly looking forward to our holiday at Reethi Faru Resort. As part of our Full board package, which included room and meals, we visited the Sunset Bar, the first F&B outlet, to experience it. However, we were surprised to find that we were not greeted at all, and the bartender did not show any welcoming expression or body language. Instead of being attended to, we had to approach the bar counter to ask for service. This was not a good first impression. During our first dinner at the VAKARU main dining outlet, we entered without being greeted. We were not asked where we preferred to sit and were instead led to a table that had been assigned by an associate behind the restaurant. We were confused as to why we were asked to sit in a far corner of the restaurant. Could it be because we are Chinese and not supposed to sit at the front or center of the restaurant? On our second day, we had our first buffet breakfast at the same Vakaru restaurant. We were told that we could only sit at the same assigned tables from the previous night's dinner. However, one of my family members insisted on choosing our preferred tables, and the service associates had no choice but to allow us to do so. We wondered if there was a rule in your F&B policy stating that patrons must sit where they are assigned. If such a rule exists, please show it to us to clarify any misunderstanding. Our parents were excited to use the in-room jacuzzi. My brother called the front desk four times throughout the day for assistance in setting it up and guiding us on how to operate it properly to avoid any damage. Unfortunately, our requests were completely ignored. On our last night on the island, we went to the main bar right next to Vakaru after dinner. We wanted to have a family gathering before our departure the next day. When we arrived at the bar, we asked for outdoor wooden benches to be set up with cushions, but no one seemed interested in assisting us. We decided to do it ourselves quickly by taking cushions from the benches next to our tables. When it was time to place our beverage order, we waited for more than 8 minutes to be attended to. It is worth noting that we were the fourth table to arrive on the deck, with other tables arriving after us. The worst part was that our orders were not served to us, even after all the other tables in the bar had been served. We felt like we were not valued as guests and had to beg for service. We went to the front desk to express our concerns to the Guest Service Assistant about the poor treatment we had experienced. He attempted to contact a Decision Maker and made us wait in the lobby for over 5 minutes. We eventually gave up and walked back to our villas. No manager personally attended to our disappointed experience, but instead, we were sent 8 cans of beer, which we felt was an inadequate solution to ease our dissatisfaction.

I am absolutely blown away by Joali! From the moment we arrived on the island, we were treated to top-notch service unlike anything we had experienced before. I have stayed at many luxury resorts, but Joali truly stands out in every aspect. The scenery is breathtaking, the accommodations are stunning, and the staff is incredibly attentive and thoughtful. I can't think of a single thing I would change about our experience. I want to give a special shoutout to Sameen, our butler, who was so helpful and kind, Yooshau, our waiter, whose sense of humor brightened our mornings, Vikas, the beverage manager, who took the time to chat with us at the bar, and Enver, the hotel manager, who quickly resolved a minor issue during our stay. The staff at Joali truly take pleasure in serving their guests. In my opinion, Joali is the most luxurious resort in the Maldives, if not the world. I did a lot of research before choosing Joali, and I can confidently say that it exceeded all of my expectations. If you're considering a trip to the Maldives, look no further than Joali for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I can't wait to return to this tropical paradise!

Το προσωπικό είναι τόσο φιλικό και προσιτό, τίποτα δεν είναι too much. Το φαγητό είναι απίστευτο είτε είναι στο μπουφέ είτε στα εστιατόρια. Η παραλιακή βίλα είναι ένα τέλειο κομμάτι παραδείσου μόνο για εσένα, τα μπάνια είναι καλά εφοδιασμένα και ευρύχωρα. Είμαστε έτοιμοι να μεταφερθούμε σε μία βίλα με θέα στη θάλασσα που πιστεύω ότι είναι κορυφαία πολυτέλεια. Το WiFi είναι εξαιρετικό.

2 ζευγάρια 4 από εμάς που μένουμε για 5 νύχτες στην Ocean Villa & μετά στην Ocean Suite. Αγαπάμε τα πάντα για το Heritance Aarah, αυτός ο παράδεισος. Ο Jaube ο θυρωρός είναι τόσο διασκεδαστικός να μιλήσουμε και πολύ προσεκτικός απέναντί μας. Ο Mani από την οργάνωση του πρωινού Baani είναι υπέροχος. Είχαμε όσες περισσότερες δραστηριότητες μπορούσε ο χρόνος να επιτρέψει, εύχομαι να μπορούσαμε να μείνουμε περισσότερο. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον αγαπά τις ωραίες διακοπές.
