Considering the price, my husband and I would prefer to choose another destination. We had booked the junior luxury suite swim out, but on the second day, the water level in our pool outside was significantly low. We called to request that it be filled, but to our surprise, we were asked to go to guest services and sign an agreement. This agreement prevented us from submitting any further complaints, which we found unethical and unnecessary. We were told that the agreement was required in order to activate the bracelets for access to the hideaway area, but there was no mention of this in the written agreement. We requested that they provide written confirmation, but they claimed they couldn't do so. It seemed that the agreement was simply a means to silence us and prevent any future complaints. Unfortunately, the hotel manager was unavailable to address our concerns at that time, and we were required to make an appointment, assuming they were willing to meet with us. Additionally, the Jacuzzi in our room had rusted pipes, which caused a sewage-like stench when we attempted to fill it. Considering the time and effort we spent addressing these issues, the value of the room was not worth it. We definitely won't be returning to this place, and we will be sharing our experience with all of our family members who accompanied us.

My recent stay at the all-inclusive resort was a bit of a mixed bag. There were definitely some standout moments, but there were also a few disappointments.
Let's start with the positives. The entertainment at the resort was absolutely fantastic. The fire show was a must-see, and karaoke night was a blast, making the evenings really enjoyable.
However, the food selection was a letdown. It was pretty average, and I was hoping for a wider variety and better quality, especially at an all-inclusive resort.
On top of that, the air conditioner in my room was out of order during my stay, which was really uncomfortable, especially in such a hot climate. It was a major downside, and it was even worse when I wanted to go to the Casino because the AC was down there too.
Furthermore, some of the bartenders downstairs were quite rude and inattentive, even though I tipped them generously. It was disappointing to receive less-than-friendly service.
One other thing worth mentioning is that the resort doesn't have a currency exchange, so it's important to have enough local currency with you.
In summary, while the resort had its shining moments with spectacular shows and fun activities, there are definitely areas that need improvement, such as the food quality, customer service, and maintenance, in order to truly make it an outstanding all-inclusive destination.
