On this hike our steps will take us to Chulilla to walk the famous route. Standing at different viewpoints, the Charco Azul can be seen. We will walk through the spectacular Turia Canyon, to the Loriguilla reservoir. We cross the reservoir along a foresttrack. After the track we continue climbing, until we reach the Vallfigueras ravine. We will arrive at a point where a phyta (pile of stones) indicates the path, which leads us to the prehistoric cave Rock Paintings! From here we continue downhill along the path towards Chulilla and heading towards the Charco Azul. Distance: 15.5 km

It's a day trip to the Utiel-Requena wine region. Your guide is a sommelier specialised in Valencian wines, who will tell you about the history of wine in Valencia region, about the grape varieties, and a lot more! We’ll first go to the village of Requena, where we’ll visit some 9th century caves. These were used for storing grains, oil and wine; the old clay pots are still there. Here we’ll do a first wine tasting... Our next stop is an authentic 19th century winery, where we'll go into the vineyards, then through the winery, following the wine making process from "grape to bottle". We end with a tasting of some of their wines. On this hike our steps will take us to Chulilla to walk the famous route. Standing at different viewpoints, the Charco Azul can be seen. We will walk through the spectacular Turia Canyon, to the Loriguilla reservoir. We cross the reservoir along a foresttrack. After the track we continue climbing, until we reach the Vallfigueras ravine. We will arrive at a point where a phyta (pile of stones) indicates the path, which leads us to the prehistoric cave Rock Paintings! From here we continue downhill along the path towards Chulilla and heading towards the Charco Azul. Distance: 15.5 km

After the track we continue climbing, until we reach the Vallfigueras ravine. On this hike our steps will take us to Chulilla to walk the famous route. Standing at different viewpoints, the Charco Azul can be seen. We will walk through the spectacular Turia Canyon, to the Loriguilla reservoir. We cross the reservoir along a foresttrack. After the track we continue climbing, until we reach the Vallfigueras ravine. We will arrive at a point where a phyta (pile of stones) indicates the path, which leads us to the prehistoric cave Rock Paintings!
