I don't think I will ever stay in another place like this again in my life. From the moment we turned the corner on the boat and saw the stunningly clear blue sea and the waving mangroves, Fundu Lagoon completely amazed us. I was honestly so moved by the beauty of it all. Our stay was absolutely amazing. The General Manager, Hannes, was incredible and upgraded us to the Superior Suite for our Honeymoon. The Superior Suite was fantastic and we felt incredibly fortunate to have been upgraded. The staff were extremely professional and always went above and beyond to ensure we had the best service and everything we needed. Now, let's talk about the food and drinks - WOW! The food was absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh, with a quality that was top-notch. A big thank you to the chef and the team for providing a variety of meals during our 9-night stay and for organizing a fantastic beach BBQ, as well as a private dinner for my husband and me. We also went on a couple of day trips, including snorkeling to Misali Island and Dolphin Watching. Both trips are highly recommended and were definite highlights of our stay. I can't recommend this place enough, it truly feels like being in Paradise, with its beautiful beaches, impeccable service, and fantastic facilities like the pool and bars. If you're trying to decide whether to visit Fundu Lagoon, I honestly would recommend it because you won't be disappointed!

Το Νησί Πέμπα στην Ζανζιβάρ είναι μια πραγματικά εκπληκτική προορισμός για επίσκεψη. Παραμένει ανέγγιχτο και διατηρεί τη φυσική του ομορφιά. Το Fundu Lodge έχει κάνει μια εξαιρετική δουλειά δημιουργώντας ένα πολυτελές και απλό κατάλυμα δίπλα στον Λιμένα, περιτριγυρισμένο από όμορφα δέντρα και κήπους που φιλοξενούν διάφορα πουλιά, πεταλούδες και ακόμη και καλοσυμπεριφερόμενα πιθήκια. Ένιωθα ενθουσιασμένος με τη χαρά μου κατά την άφιξη και αισθανόμουν γνήσια θλίψη όταν ήρθε η ώρα να φύγουμε.

Το Pemba Lodge είναι η μοναδική διαμονή σε αυτή τη μεγάλη παραλία με λευκή άμμο (πολύ καθαρή και φυσική, κολύμπι μόνο είναι δυνατό κατά την άμπωτη). Είναι το τέλειο ήσυχο μέρος για να χαλαρώσετε. Τα δωμάτια στις καλύβες είναι μεγάλα και άνετα και διαθέτουν το δικό τους μπαλκόνι. Το εστιατόριο προσφέρει ωραίο τοπικό φαγητό. Απολαύσαμε επίσης το καγιάκ και το snorkeling - ορισμένες από τις δραστηριότητες που προσφέρονται. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό. Καθώς απόλαυσα πολύ τον χρόνο μου, παράτεινα τη διαμονή μου κατά άλλες 5 ημέρες :-)
