As a native Floridian, I highly recommend this beach due to its consistently high quality and expansive wildlife refuge. Don't forget to bring sunscreen and a chair! The newly built elderly walkout is incredibly convenient, and the weather alerts are loud enough to ensure you have plenty of time to make your way to safety.

This beach is a charming little spot with soft sand. It's quite small, only taking about two minutes to walk from one end to the other. The water isn't crystal clear, and at times, you may find some weeds along the shoreline. There are five single picnic tables and two double picnic tables, all of which are covered. Additionally, there is another covered area where there should be an additional picnic table. These covered areas are situated on concrete slabs. Restrooms are available for visitors. Towards the northern end of the beach, there is a short boardwalk that meanders through the trees and leads to the Roger Batchelor Pier. It's a delightful local beach, especially suitable for children, as there are no hazardous rip tides or sudden drop-offs. Unfortunately, it's disheartening to see that some thoughtless individuals leave their trash behind.
