We insisted on getting the contact information for the management and the company in charge of the parking lot, but the attendant became rude and refused to provide any details. To our surprise, at 6 o'clock, we discovered that the parking lot was free to use. There doesn't seem to be a clear system governing paid and free parking times. I am determined to find the management that owns this parking lot and have a conversation with them. They need to address the issue with their employee and establish a fair policy regarding payment methods. If the attendant doesn't have change, he should direct customers to find another place or accept payment in change, as it is not acceptable to simply refuse it.
