Palamida beach is located on the Adriatic Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 64th place out of 70 beaches in the Lika-Senj region 44.5 km away from its center, the city of Gospic. It is one of the beaches of Vidasovi settlement, just 0.5 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place, surrounded by the cliffs. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.
It is a tiny bay with crystal turquoise water and rocks cover, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season.
