Barje beach is located on the Adriatic Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 169th place out of 215 beaches in the Dubrovnik-Neretva region The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a straight coastline with crystal blue water and rocks cover, so it is highly recommended to wear special shoes. The entrance to the water is quite sharp. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Barje beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. There is also possible to take different water activities such as catamarans or jet skis.

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities.

Getting to the beach is quite simple: just take a short walk along the trail. Parking is located directly on the beach.
