Plage St.Georges is located on the Biscay bay (part of North Atlantic Ocean) and it is in the 11th place out of 52 beaches in the Charente-Maritime region 63.8 km away from its center, the city of La Rochelle. It is one of the beaches of Saint-Georges-de-Didonne settlement, just 0.9 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a long several bays coastline with blue water and white sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season. There is a campsite located nearby.
