Psatha beach is located on the Aegean Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 11th place out of 185 beaches in the Thrace region 95 km away from its center, the city of Komotini. It is one of the beaches of Nea Erakleitsa settlement, just 0.9 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.
