Koum Kapi Beach is located on the Sea of Crete (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 173th place out of 478 beaches in the Crete region 150 km away from its center, the city of Kastelli. It is one of the beaches of Chania settlement, just 1 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.

It is a straight coastline with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Koum Kapi Beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature, changing rooms, showers, toilets. .
