The location is not precisely a beach, but rather a section of the monastery grounds that requires a fee of 2.5€ per person to access via a hike. The descent took us an hour and the ascent was notably more challenging and also took an hour. Some parts of the trail are difficult, so it may not be ideal for young children. However, the view from the bottom was certainly worth the effort. Although swimming is not permitted, the scenery is still stunning.
