Iliodoros beach is located on the Ionian Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 202th place out of 503 beaches in the Ioanian Islands region 17.3 km away from its center, the city of Corfu. It is one of the beaches of Liapades settlement, just 2 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views, among the mountains.
It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and light sand & pebble cover, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Iliodoros beach (Ioanian Islands) is located outside the Liapades settlement, which may cause some difficulties for travelers who stay far from the coast. However, the remoteness from the village is not always a bad thing. Lovers of quiet rest know, the farther the beach, the fewer crowds.
The beach stretches on the coast of the Corfu island and the easiest way to get to the beach is by car or bike.
