Porto Timoni is located on the Ionian Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 271th place out of 503 beaches in the Ioanian Islands region 24.8 km away from its center, the city of Corfu. It is one of the beaches of Aphionas settlement, just 1 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views, among the mountains. This beach is not a well-known place, so it is well suited for a relaxing leisure.
It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and light sand & pebble cover, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, hikers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.
Porto Timoni coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

The beach stretches on the coast of the Corfu island, but accessing the beach requires traversing some distance on foot. While driving or cycling are the most convenient options for reaching the start point of trail, these methods may not be feasible for everyone. Alternatively, a taxi can be used to drive directly to the location.
