Sunset Beach is located on the Bali Sea (part of Indian ocean) and it is in the 104th place out of 160 beaches in the Bali region 40.7 km away from its center, the city of Denpasar. It is one of the beaches of Tabuahan settlement, just 1.2 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a straight coastline with crystal turquoise water and white sand, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, hikers etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Sunset Beach (Bali) is located outside the Tabuahan settlement, which may cause some difficulties for travelers who stay far from the coast. However, the remoteness from the village is not always a bad thing. Lovers of quiet rest know, the farther the beach, the fewer crowds.

The beach stretches on the coast of the Penida island and the correct question is not how to get to Sunset Beach, but what mode of transport can be used to get to it, because this part of the coast is inaccessible by land. The beach can only be reached by water and you have to rent a boat to get there.

"The view at this beach is absolutely incredible, like a hidden paradise. The beach itself is pristine, with untouched white sand, and the water is amazingly clear. I even spotted a massive manta ray swimming in the crystal blue water. It truly feels like a paradise in shades of blue."

"The view from the top is absolutely incredible! However, I must warn you that the path leading down is quite treacherous. It consists of a series of unstable wooden bridges built into the cliff, as well as extremely steep tracks. Additionally, some sections of the bamboo guardrail are broken. After descending approximately 70 meters, it becomes impossible to proceed further,..."
