Bray Strand is located on the Irish Sea and it is in the 13th place out of 56 beaches in the Leinster region 19.9 km away from its center, the city of Dublin. It is one of the beaches of Bray settlement, just 1 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains.

It is a long lasting coastline with crystal turquoise water and gray pebble, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. "It is a nice pebble beach not the usual sand one. The waves are little wild ones not the softer ones where u are not pushed by them. The beach is clean and easily accessible by dublin bus and luas both. The only bad experience was the toilets ,they were extremely dirty as if used by animals not human beings."
