Caalan Beach is located on the Sulu Sea (part of Pacific ocean) and it is in the 154th place out of 167 beaches in the Mimaropa region 313.4 km away from its center, the city of Calapan. It is one of the beaches of Masagana settlement, just 0.4 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area with very picturesque views, among the mountains. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.
It is a spacious coastline with crystal turquoise water and gray sand & rocks cover, so it is highly recommended to wear special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth.
