Praia do Ouro is located on the North Atlantic Ocean (part of Atlantic ocean) and it is in the 16th place out of 41 beaches in the Lisbon Area region 29.5 km away from its center, the city of Lisbon. It is one of the beaches of Sesimbra settlement, just 0.5 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains.
It is a spacious bay with crystal turquoise water and white fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth.
